Condominiums are popular for their facilities such as swimming pools,squash and tennis courts, gymnasiums, convenience stores and laundries. Furnished and unfurnished houses in well-established communities are also readily available. In Kuala Lumpur expatriate communities are present in a number of suburbs. Mont Kiara, Bukit Damansara, Bukit Tunku and Bangsar are all popular on the west side of the city. Ampang Hilir, Taman TAR and Ukay Heights, which are in proximity to the International School of Kuala Lumpur, are popular on the eastern side of the city. |
