Crown Lines believes in Quality, so much so they run two Quality Management Programmes. These represent significant investment in training and systems to ensure that our customers are receiving a level of service that meet and exceed their expectations.

ISO 9001:2000



This accreditation ensures consistency in the delivery of our service to all our customers. The most important feature of our ISO programme is that year on year our auditors want to see improvements and positive changes in our quality systems. Failure to do this would result in losing our accreditation.

FAIM - FIDI Accredited International Movers

                

This programme was designed by FIDI (International Federation of International Movers) and sets quality standards that all certified companies must follow. All FAIM companies are audited every 2 years to ensure that they are meeting the standards set in FAIM. FIDI membership is restricted to professional, ethical and quality-minded companies. FAIM is a guarantee to our customers that they will receive a quality service from our organization.

We actively seek client feedback on our service. The attached Quality Survey is given to all clients moving internationally.
The responses are logged and used:
 
• To ensure consistently high levels of client satisfaction
• To identify weaknesses in our service provision and rectify them
• As feedback for our corporate clients and overseas partners
• As part of our appraisal system for our staff evaluation
